Elyes Chafter advises companies on a broad range of corporate and regulatory matters. His practice focuses on corporate transactions involving a broad range of industries, banking and financial regulation, corporate restructurings, general corporate, commercial, contracts and employment matters. He regularly acts as a party counsel and arbitrator  in domestic and international ad’hoc or institutional arbitration proceedings.

Before joining Chafter Raouadi, Elyes Chafter worked as an in-house consultant for the International Trade Center (UNCTAD/WTO) withing the business law and arbitration unit. He was involved in projects dealing with model contracts and law making in the areas of business law and arbitration.

Habiba Raouadi
